1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or hiring services from Booth There It Is, the client agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payments

Full payment must be received by Booth There It Is no later than 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment on time may result in the suspension or cancellation of the booking without further notice.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed and the event date secured once the required deposit has been paid and received by Booth There It Is.

4. Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If the client cancels the booking within 14 days of the event date, the full remaining balance will still be payable to Booth There It Is.

5. Event Set-Up & Access

Booth There It Is requires a minimum of one hour before the event for set-up and one hour after the event for pack-down and equipment removal.

The client is responsible for ensuring:

Suitable access to the venue
Adequate space for the booth setup
Access to a safe electricity supply
Appropriate parking arrangements
Any required venue permissions
6. Limitation of Liability

Booth There It Is shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from delays, interruptions, or failure in the provision of services.

7. Equipment Care & Guest Conduct

The client is responsible for ensuring guests treat all equipment respectfully and safely.

Any loss, theft, or damage caused by guests, including unruly or unsupervised children, may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the client.

8. Technical Issues

In the unlikely event of technical failure, Booth There It Is will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Where a fault cannot be rectified, the client will only be refunded for the portion of the service not successfully delivered. No additional compensation or liability will apply.

9. Use of Photos & Videos

Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, the client grants Booth There It Is permission to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media platforms, and advertising materials.

10. Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided by the client will be used solely for communication, booking administration, and service coordination. Booth There It Is will never sell or share client information with third parties unless legally required to do so.

11. Changes to Services

Booth There It Is reserves the right to substitute equipment, products, or services with alternatives of equal or greater quality where necessary.

12. Unmanned Drop & Collect Pods

For unmanned drop-and-collect booth hires, any issues must be reported to Booth There It Is immediately during the hire period so reasonable steps can be taken to resolve the problem.

Complaints raised after the event has ended may not be accepted and refunds will not be provided where the issue was not reported at the time.

13. Equipment Condition

All equipment supplied by Booth There It Is will be delivered in full working order and must be returned in the same condition.

The client accepts responsibility for any damage, loss, or breakages occurring during the hire period and agrees to cover the associated repair or replacement costs.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Force Majeure

Booth There It Is shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, accidents, government restrictions, or venue closures.

16. Amendments

Booth There It Is reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
